Shipping policy

Production Time: All cases are manufactured on demand as orders are received. We do not hold inventory in stock. Production typically takes 2 to 6 business days before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Estimated delivery is 7 to 14 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions. Total time from order to delivery is typically 9 to 20 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation: All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Trovvve is not liable for packages reported missing after delivery confirmation. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a report with your local police and contacting the carrier directly.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect, reship, or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 14 or more business days, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will refund your order.
