10-Day Return Policy
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
• Item must be in the new / unused condition.
• Receipt / proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return

Email admin@trovvve.com with your order number and pictures of your item.

We’ll reply with a return label and the correct return address.

Please do not send anything back until you receive approval—unauthorised returns will be refused.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately (provide pictures) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original (see steps above). Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refund processing
We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Approved store-credit refunds are sent instantly.
• Approved card refunds are issued minus the $5 fee (per item); banks may take additional time to post the credit.
